Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere in the United States. Shipping is free when you spend more than $35 on a single order on our website!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the carrier and your distance from our fulfillment center in [City, State]. Historically, we have seen 2–4 day shipping times.
What is handling, and how long does it take?
Handling is the act of printing your packing slip and shipping label, packing your order in a box, and applying the shipping label to the box. It begins the moment you place an order and takes us under 24 hours to complete as long as there are no product stock outs.
How do I track my order?
There are multiple ways to track your order. The fastest method is to go to the Wagzer Pets help center and click “track my order.” You may be prompted to enter your email address. Once you add the email associated with your order, you will see a list of all your orders with an option to check tracking.
Payment
Which payment types do you accept?
We accept all credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
Do you offer Buy Now Pay Later?
We are currently exploring options for Buy Now Pay Later, but we do not offer that option at this time.
Are there any surcharges?
There are no surcharges. Depending on where you live, you may pay sales tax.
How long should a refund take to reach me?
Your refund will return to the original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
Do you offer gift receipts?
We do not offer gift receipts.

How long are gift cards valid for?

Can I exchange a gift card for cash?
We do not exchange gift cards for cash.
What Should I Do If My Shipping Address Is Incorrect or Incomplete?
If your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, please inform us as soon as possible. You may update the information before your order ships, or we may cancel your order to prevent delivery to the wrong address. If the latter happens and your promo code becomes unusable, reach out to us at support@wagzerpets.com, and we will assist with reinstating your promo or facilitating a new order with the correct details.
