Returns & exchanges
We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on all our products within 30 days from the moment of delivery. If you are not happy with your purchase within this time period, we will refund you or replace your order. Just reach out to support@wagzerpet.com and we'll take care of you!
Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?
Yes. We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original delivery to your mailing address.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! If there is a problem with a product your order, we will refund you for that product.
Can I return a sale item?
Yes. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return your items for a refund or a replacement item of equal or lesser value.
Changes & Cancellations
Can I change my order?
Yes! Please reach out directly to support@wagzerpets.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your change request. All you need to do is include your order number and the products you'd like to change. If there is a price difference, we will refund you or send an invoice for additional payment, depending on the products you exchange.
